Services & pricing
Transparent pricing. Real remediation. No overlay widgets. Every package includes code-level fixes and legal-ready documentation.
Why our pricing is a fraction of what non-compliance costs:
A quick settlement costs $15,000–$40,000 for small businesses. A fully contested lawsuit runs $100,000–$300,000+ all-in. The DOJ can fine up to $108,638 for a first violation and $217,277 for each subsequent violation. Our full remediation package costs less than a single demand letter settlement.

Why we don't sell overlay widgets
Other companies charge $490–$3,500/year for a JavaScript widget that sits on top of your broken website. Here's why that doesn't work:
Overlays don't fix your code
An overlay adds a visual layer on top of your website. It cannot add missing alt text to server-rendered images, restructure heading hierarchy, fix form labels, correct color contrast in CSS, add captions to videos, or make custom widgets keyboard accessible. The underlying violations remain.
Overlays don't protect you legally
The FTC fined accessiBe $1 million in April 2025 for false compliance claims. Over 1,000 overlay-equipped websites were sued in 2024. Courts do not recognize overlay installation as evidence of compliance effort.
Overlays can make things worse
Overlay widgets often interfere with screen readers and other assistive technology. The National Federation of the Blind has publicly condemned overlay widgets. Installing one can actually degrade the experience for disabled users.
We fix your actual code. That's the only way to achieve real compliance.
